You will receive regular exercise programming aimed at making improvements towards any goals you may have or areas identified as having room for improvement. For that reason, it is recommended to have an in-person consultation session with myself before we get started with your programme. Once set up, we will have weekly check-ins to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your programme. This is a good opportunity to ask any questions which you may have, but you will also have access to me throughout the week via WhatsApp where you can also submit training videos for technical analysis and feedback.

Online coaching is currently priced at an introductory offer of £50pcm with the first week free! 

This is a dynamic approach I would recommend for anyone who wants a more direct form of coaching or who is near the start of their journey, as you will receive a weekly session with myself on top of all the benefits of the online coaching service. We can analyse your training in great detail and provide you with regular guidance to support your development as an athlete, this means that while guiding you through tailored training sessions you will receive immediate feedback and adjustments. 

Offered to anyone looking to elevate their game in a single session using a specialised tune up or some technical guidance to support your journey. A good time to ask any questions you may have and expand your knowledge. 

If you’ve got an upcoming competition, I can offer you a sport specific preparation programme, modifying the intensity and volume at the right times to ensure you are at your peak level of athletic performance on the day and are well prepared to make new PB’s. I will always try my best to be there on the day to provide you with support, availability depending.
