DON’T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT

I approached Nathan for a workout plan at the end of last year, I had a limited amount of time to train and there were certain exercises that I am unable to do. Nathan listened to all of my feedback and he adjusted the workout plan accordingly to suite me. I have made a tremendous amount of progress while I have been working with Nathan, he has listened and answered all of my questions, it is clear he has a wealth of knowledge surrounding anything gym/strongman. If you are considering it go for it, you will not regret it.

Recently completed a 12 week deadlift program, with the goal being a PB deadlift. I’d recently hit a wall with my training & after speaking with Winstrong & making simple adjustments a PB was achieved with my previous PB feeling easy.! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve on their own strength or fitness journey, was in regular contact & was held accountable for my training which gave me a huge boost.! Thanks!

Orignally reached out to Nathan so I could be coached for powerlifting and I have since competed in a Strongman Competition whilst being coached by Nathan.
He does weekly programmes and check ins for me and communication is brilliant and always there for advice and tips.
